Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

The Cherry Pie Sonoma Giveaway 2026 (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Nickky Bobby Inc. (“Sponsor”).

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on August 18, 2026, at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time and ends on October 18, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time (“Promotion Period”).

Only eligible entries received or timely submitted during the Promotion Period will qualify.

The Sponsor’s computer system is the official timekeeping device for the Promotion.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen years old and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, owners, agents, and representatives of Nickky Bobby Inc., along with their immediate family members and people residing in the same household, are not eligible.

The winner must possess a valid driver’s license and be legally eligible to own, register, and insure the vehicle.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How to Enter

There are two methods of entry.

A. Purchase Entries

During the Promotion Period, entrants will automatically receive one entry for each $1.00 spent on eligible merchandise through NickkyBobbyInc.com, excluding taxes, shipping, discounts, and excluded products.

Fractional dollar amounts will be rounded down to the nearest whole dollar when entries are calculated.

Orders totaling $150.00 or more after discounts but before taxes and shipping will receive an additional 500 bonus entries. The 500-entry bonus is awarded once per qualifying order.

Examples:

• $50 eligible purchase = 50 entries
• $100 eligible purchase = 100 entries
• $149 eligible purchase = 149 entries
• $150 eligible purchase = 650 entries
• $250 eligible purchase = 750 entries
• $500 eligible purchase = 1,000 entries

Eligible purchases must be completed and paid in full during the Promotion Period.

Entries associated with canceled orders, refunded purchases, returned merchandise, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, or other invalid transactions will be void. If part of an order is returned or refunded, the corresponding entries and any bonus entries that the order no longer qualifies for may be removed.

Breaking one purchase into multiple transactions for the purpose of obtaining additional bonus entries may result in the removal of duplicate bonuses or disqualification.

Excluded Products

Purchases of the following products will not earn entries:

• Pit Coolers
• S10 Long Travel Control Arm products
• G-Body Long Travel Control Arm products

The Sponsor may clarify or modify the excluded-products list when reasonably necessary, provided that no modification will retroactively remove valid entries already earned.

B. Free Alternate Method of Entry

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

To enter without making a purchase, hand-print the following information on a 3-inch by 5-inch index card:

• Full legal name
• Complete mailing address
• Phone number
• Email address
• Date of birth
• The statement: “Cherry Pie Sonoma Giveaway 2026 – 650 Entries”

Place the completed card in a stamped, hand-addressed envelope and mail it to:

Each valid mail-in request will receive 650 entries.

Limit one index card per envelope. Each envelope must be mailed separately and must contain a legible, handwritten return address. No mechanically reproduced, photocopied, computer-generated, metered, bulk-mailed, or automatically generated requests will be accepted.

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than October 18, 2026, and received by October 25, 2026.

Incomplete, illegible, altered, duplicate, improperly submitted, or late entries may be disqualified. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of receipt.

Purchase and non-purchase entries will receive equal treatment in the random drawing.

5. Grand Prize

One Grand Prize Winner will receive:

1. One used 1993 GMC Sonoma known as “Cherry Pie,” VIN 1GTCS14W2P8523785, in its condition and configuration at the time it is awarded; and
2. $3,000 in Nickky Bobby Inc. store credit.

The vehicle has a stated approximate retail value of $1,200. The store credit has a value of $3,000. The total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is approximately $4,200.

The actual fair-market value of the vehicle may vary. Any difference between the stated ARV and the vehicle’s actual value will not be awarded in cash or additional store credit.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component with one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control.

No cash alternative will be offered.

6. Vehicle Condition and Disclosures

The winner acknowledges that the vehicle is used and will be awarded AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS, without any express or implied warranty from the Sponsor, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, condition, performance, or roadworthiness.

Photographs, videos, descriptions, modifications, or representations made during the Promotion are for promotional purposes and may not reflect ordinary wear, mileage, minor changes, maintenance, repairs, or the vehicle’s exact condition when awarded.

The winner is responsible for inspecting the vehicle and determining whether it complies with the laws, emissions requirements, inspection requirements, and equipment requirements of the winner’s jurisdiction.

The Sponsor does not guarantee that the vehicle is suitable for racing, competition, towing, or any particular use. The winner assumes all risks associated with owning, transporting, registering, modifying, maintaining, and operating the vehicle after delivery.

The vehicle will be transferred with the title and transfer documents available to the Sponsor. The winner must complete all required paperwork before taking possession.

7. Store Credit

The $3,000 Nickky Bobby Inc. store credit:

• May be used toward eligible products sold directly by Nickky Bobby Inc.
• Has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash
• Is non-transferable
• Cannot be used to purchase gift cards
• Does not cover taxes, shipping, installation, or other charges unless approved by the Sponsor
• Must be used within twelve months after it is issued
• Is subject to product availability

Any purchase exceeding the available store-credit balance is the winner’s responsibility. Any unused balance remaining after the expiration date will be forfeited.

8. Winner Selection and Odds

One potential winner will be selected through a random drawing administered using ViralSweep after all timely mail-in entries have been received and processed.

The drawing is expected to take place within approximately fourteen days after the mail-in receipt deadline.

The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received from all entry methods.

The Sponsor’s decisions concerning eligibility, entry verification, rule interpretation, and winner selection are final and binding, subject to applicable law.

9. Winner Notification and Verification

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address, telephone number, or mailing address provided with the winning entry.

The potential winner must respond within seven days after the first notification attempt and may be required to:

• Provide government-issued identification
• Provide a valid driver’s license
• Complete an affidavit of eligibility
• Complete a liability and publicity release
• Submit a completed IRS Form W-9
• Provide proof of insurance before taking possession
• Complete title and vehicle-transfer documents
• Comply with any other reasonable verification requirements

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond by the deadline, declines the prize, fails verification, is ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected through another random drawing.

The prize will not be awarded until the winner has been verified.

10. Winner Announcement

After verification, the winner is expected to be announced live on the Nickky Bobby Inc. Facebook page and may also be announced through the Sponsor’s website, email list, YouTube channel, and other social-media accounts.

The winner does not need to watch the live announcement to win.

11. Vehicle Delivery and Transportation

The Sponsor will provide standard transportation of the vehicle to one location within the contiguous United States.

Residents of Alaska or Hawaii will be responsible for transportation costs exceeding the amount the Sponsor would reasonably have paid for standard transportation within the contiguous United States.

The Sponsor will select the transportation provider and delivery method. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, distance, carrier availability, mechanical issues, or circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control.

Alternatively, the winner may arrange to pick up the vehicle from the Sponsor at a mutually agreed time.

Risk of loss and responsibility for the vehicle transfer to the winner upon delivery or pickup and completion of the required transfer documents.

12. Taxes and Additional Expenses

The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize.

The Sponsor may issue the winner an IRS Form 1099 based on the prize’s reportable fair-market value.

Except for standard vehicle transportation described in these rules, the winner is responsible for all costs not expressly included in the prize, including:

• Title and registration fees
• Licensing fees
• Insurance
• Taxes
• Inspections and emissions testing
• Maintenance and repairs
• Fuel
• Travel
• Optional transportation or expedited delivery
• Modifications or upgrades
• Installation charges
• Costs associated with accepting or using the prize

13. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, accepting the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city and state, likeness, voice, photographs, video, statements, and prize-related content for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media without further notice, approval, or compensation.

14. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, extend, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, natural disaster, government action, or another factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Promotion.

If the Promotion is terminated early, the Sponsor may select a winner from eligible entries received before termination, provided doing so is lawful and reasonably practical.

The Sponsor may disqualify any person who:

• Tampers with the entry or winner-selection process
• Submits fraudulent or manipulated transactions
• Attempts to obtain entries through deception or automation
• Violates these Official Rules
• Harasses the Sponsor, its employees, or other entrants
• Attempts to gain an unfair advantage
• Interferes with the proper administration of the Promotion

Any attempt to deliberately damage a website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may violate civil or criminal law.

The Sponsor’s failure to enforce a provision of these Official Rules does not waive that provision.

15. Limitation of Liability and Release

By participating, entrants agree, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to release and hold harmless Nickky Bobby Inc., ViralSweep, Shopify, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and each of their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, affiliates, representatives, contractors, and agents from claims, injuries, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Participation in the Promotion
• Submission, loss, processing, or misdirection of an entry
• Acceptance, possession, transportation, ownership, modification, or use of the prize
• Technical, network, website, software, printing, typographical, or administrative errors
• Unauthorized human intervention
• Personal injury, death, or property damage involving the prize

Nothing in these rules excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Disputes and Governing Law

To the extent permitted by law, disputes arising from the Promotion or these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Entrants agree that disputes will be resolved individually and not through a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Any legal proceeding that is not subject to another legally required dispute process must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Arkansas.

Some jurisdictions may not permit certain limitations or dispute provisions, in which case those provisions apply only to the extent allowed by law.

17. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and otherwise operate the Promotion in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

Entry into the Promotion does not automatically constitute consent to receive marketing communications where separate consent is required by law.

18. Platform Disclaimer

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Shopify, or ViralSweep.

Entrants release those platforms from claims arising from or related to the Promotion to the extent permitted by law.

19. Winner Information

Where required by law, a winner’s list may be requested after the winner has been verified by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:

Requests must be received within ninety days after the Promotion ends.
