S10 & G-Body Bolt On Long Travel shock Towers

These S10 / G-Body shock towers allow you to retain a stock-style suspension while taking advantage of 24” shocks and taller, lighter springs for more sprung energy and improved tuning. With the recommended brackets and supporting components, you can achieve approximately 10.5” of suspension travel for maximum adjustability.

Features:

• Bolt-on design (welding recommended for maximum strength and durability)

• Requires spring pocket modification for longer shocks

• Sold as a pair (Driver & Passenger) with hardware included

• Brackets stand ~8” high off the frame

• LS engine clearance: 6.5” on driver side, 5” on passenger side (most GM vehicles offset 1.5” passenger side from factory)

• Shock towers clear LS truck manifolds and most up-and-forward headers

• Shorter side of bracket with small hole goes toward front of vehicle

• Small hole is for mounting Lowdoller Motorsports shock travel sensor

Included Hardware:

• 4 × 1/2” bolts to replace factory A-arm mounting bolts

• 4 × 1/2” bolts to secure mounting tabs to frame

• 2 × control arm spacer plates

Recommended Components for Maximum Travel:

1. Control Arms (Uppers & Lowers): Trick Chassis (request thicker wall tubing, no center crossbar)

2. Upper Ball Joints: Pro Forge #101-10469 (Summit Racing Link)

3. Bump Steer Kit: TRZ Motorsports Link — must be set at mid-travel, not ride height

4. Spindles: Stock spindles only (no drop spindles)

5. Shocks: Strange, AFCO, Viking, QA1 recommended; Strange S5009 is suggested

   • Compressed height: <15”

   • Extended height: 20”+

   • QA1 reference: M911PL / M911PR

   • PromaStar reference: DD901 (less ideal for high-performance racing)

6. Springs: Start with 14” or 16” 250lb depending on front-end weight
